​​Follow these steps to set up your Lumi account

1. Navigate to https://www.lumi.cloud on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox

2. Log in with the provided account information

3. Reset the temporary password to a new password

4. The system will ask for more information, click ‘Next’

5. Register a telephone number AND PassKey (or Microsoft Authenticator) for verification (make sure to add 2 options for verification)

6. You are logged in to Lumi
