Deattach the unsterile Reference Marker

Drape the patient

Attach the sterile Reference Marker​​

Note: the Reference Marker must be placed in exactly the same orientation as the unsterile Reference Marker before​

Perform incision and make a burr hole

Place EVD with Lumi Referenced

Place the drain along the planned EVD line

Tip: Use the displayed trajectory and distance to skull surface to place the drain​

Note: Do not hand over the HoloLens 2 during an ongoing EVD workflow to prevent potential application instability of crashes. Each EVD workflow should be completed by a single user using a properly calibrated HoloLens 2.
