LumiNE Elite (EVD)  >  Prepare Patient for Surgery

Before starting LumiNE Elite in Lumi HL2, make sure to prepare your patient for surgery:​

1. Position patient in supine position

2. Wash patient's scalp using soap and water

3. Shave hair on frontal scalp

4. Mark Kocher's point, approximately 10 cm posterior to the nasion and 3 cm lateral to the midline, roughly on the midpupillary line

5. Mark a linear, 3 cm incision
