Fixed issues and new features Lumi Web

• Adding surgical planning tools Lumi Web: Added a new Surgical Planning button to the Segmentation dialog in the web viewer. You can now add and position a pointer, line, EVD line, sphere, or virtual plane directly in Web, the same preparation capability previously available only on HoloLens 2. (#17851)

• Moving, rotating and scaling of surgical planning tools Lumi Web: Surgical planning components (pointer, line, EVD line, plane, sphere) can now be moved, rotated, and scaled directly in the web viewer, using a new Transform toolbar with a 0.1x fine-adjustment toggle. (#17766)

• Shift to scroll through scan slices: Hold Shift while scrolling to move through slices in the web viewer instead of zooming. The existing click-to-toggle behaviour still works. (#21191)

• Color display for RGB scans: Color display for RGB scans is supported again. (#22357)

• 0.1x function for pointer and sphere: Fixed a bug where the 0.1x fine-adjustment button could stop appearing on the Pointer or Sphere transform dialog after switching between Rotate and other modes. (#20886)

• CTncSF: Fixed an issue where certain CT scans failed to segment, due to incorrect intensity conversion. These scans can now be segmented automatically. (#21737)

• Error with oversized DICOM folders: Oversized DICOM studies uploaded via PACS now show a single, clear message stating the study is too large, instead of multiple confusing errors. (#22105)

• Inactivity warning: Fixed a bug where pressing Cancel on the inactivity warning didn't actually cancel the automatic sign-out. Cancel now works reliably in the current Lumi Web viewer. (#22946)

• Revision selection and segmentation functions: Bug fixed where switching the active revision of a CT-based 3D Patient would result in offering the MR segmentation options instead of the CT segmentation options. (#23728)

Fixed issues and new features Lumi HL2​​

• Removal tool: Replaced the virtual removal tool with a freehand method, which user feedback showed is faster for clinical planning. Existing holograms remain compatible. (#20920)

• Colocated joint-session: Co-location Joint Session is now more reliable. The joining workflow has also been made easier to use, with a repositioned Cancel button and clearer recovery if you cancel or close mid-flow. (#21015)

• Unexpected closing Lumi HL2 App: If Lumi closes unexpectedly (for example, when the headset goes to sleep), it now performs a controlled exit and offers to restore your previous session, including patient registration, when you reopen the HL2 app within 5 minutes. (#21131)

• Eye calibration warning: You're now notified if you reach marker tracking without completing eye calibration in the EVD workflow. In joint sessions, the marker option is disabled until eye calibration is done, so only fist bump is available. (#21626)

• Colocated avatars joint-session: Added a toggle to hide co-located avatars in joint session, which could otherwise block parts of the hologram. (#23081)

• Rejoin joint-session: Fixed a bug where users could sometimes not rejoin a room after leaving a joint session. The joint session menu no longer automatically reopens after joining - it can be reopened manually from the hand menu. Various drawing and removal issues during joint sessions were also fixed. (#23638)

• Slices at 0% and 100%: Fixed an issue where slices near the 0% and 100% ends of the scroll range could shrink and disappear on rotated scans. A dotted outline now marks the slice plane so you always know where you are. (#2646)

• Visibility ring visualization: The visibility of the ring visualization of the EVD trajectory has been improved. (#23070)

• Corrected tracking after EVD procedure: Fixed an issue where re-enabling tracking or restarting on the final EVD screen could detach the ventricle and EVD line from the patient marker, even though the tracking indicator still looked correct. Detachment now only happens on a full workflow stop, and affected steps show a clear error if the link is missing. (#23946)

Remaining issues Lumi HL2

• Joint session: When joining an existing Joint Session while you already have a 3D Patient open, your open hologram may not be removed correctly and could become out of sync with other participants. To avoid this, please close your own hologram (or do not open one) before joining a Joint Session. This will be resolved in an upcoming release. (#25662)​​​

• Configurable logo: Added support for a configurable logo in the Patient App, the hospital's own logo can now be shown instead of the default Augmedit logo. (#22703)
